At AssureCare, we have initiated an internal awareness campaign encouraging our team members to include their preferred pronouns in their signatures or when addressing larger audiences. While this may seem like a small gesture, it serves as an essential tool for generating awareness and fostering a more inclusive environment. Many team members are identifying their preferred pronouns for others, which is an important step toward building an inclusive workplace.
